Beverly Carter-Office Manager

Beverly Carter has been the office manager of SERVPRO of Hamilton County since 1999. Although her responsibilities include scheduling, billing and the day-to-day management of jobs, the aspect of her job that she enjoys the most is helping customers through difficult situations. When someone calls our office after a fire or water damage, Beverly understands that they need not only our services but our compassion and understanding during this challenging time. Beverly has the experience to walk our customers through the process of restoring their home or office. She can knowledgeably answer questions and keep the process running smoothly.
